Fast response for computer service is key

The majority of issues I hear from prospective clients calling us and read about online, as well as the number one complaint of small businesses looking to change computer service providers, is slow response time. What is it about most computer service providers that make them disregard current clients? As a general business rule, not necessarily related to computer support companies, I’ve repeatedly heard that it costs 5 times more to acquire new customers vs maintaining your current clients. So, not only does it make business sense to take care of your customers, but it is also the right thing to do. We focus on providing white glove service and fast response for our customers. Successful businesses demand much from their employees and even more from their third party service providers and vendors. Certain vertical markets demand full service support with measurable results, such as attorneys & law firms, CPAs and other consultants. That’s why at L5 we start early, stay late, respond quickly and answer the phones when clients call.
